We got a call to inspect some questionable wiring for a client that was just moving into a new home. We ended up rewiring about 80% of the existing electrical due to improper/ faulty installation and some rodent damage. As we opened walls to alter the electrical system, we would find rodent damaged wiring and wires that where spliced inside the wall or running between the sheetrock and the framing, which we had to make right. The wiring is supposed to run inside the framing and be protected inside the sheetrock.
